He describes his full day of eating, divided into five meals, in a YouTube video:


Meal 1

  • 250 grams rice
  • 200 grams chicken breast
  • Salad

Meal 2​

  • 350 grams rice
  • 250 grams steak

Meal 3​

  • 300 grams potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • Ketchup

Meal 4​

  • 250 grams rice
  • 250 grams white fish
