Working out while taking PH

My question is while working out taking ph, can you expect faster recovery time? ex: being able to hit a body part 2-3 times a week? My other question is would I experience better results going heavy for lows reps or a lighter weight and repping out for a crazy pump?

Better recovery time varies on the compound and the individual, and as for your second question, its all depending on what type of results you hope to achieve.

curious about this too. M-sten generally report faster recovery?
