Just ordered more Osta RX and 3 capsules now contain 19.5 grams. I have had other Osta RX which 3 capsules contain 20 grams. Why the difference?
 
It's milligrams, and relax. .5mg is so miniscule it won't make a difference, they probably just got more exact with the measurements and didn't actually change a thing.
 
Then take 4 if ya want to,I've done that...just run some e control after that's all

How did you like 4 compared to 3? Notice much difference?
 
Ehh,def made me stronger with the higher dose,but had some suppression,I did 2 bottles for 4 pills a day,but I would say 3 is plenty
 
Yea,I only been doing 2 caps since the end of my cycle,I'm just guna continue till my bottles gone,will see how gains an strength remain
