No response from IML concerning order

I've emailed, called, etc. Are they open this week?
My order (3 x EpiTren) went back because of a shipping error, trying to get it re-sent.
Heard they are not sending this type of product any more after today, hence my concern.

If you guys read the forum, I just emailed you again, called yesterday as well.
