14 days inton run of Super dmz and test gel up 9lbs to 183.7, having trouble trying to register and post on this fotu hope this works
 
Strict diet of roughly 2500 cal 300 carb 200 protein daily intake , 41mg test gel daily 2 super dmz 3.0 ed.... strenght ridicoulous, bench up to 235 up 10 pounds 1rm , decline up to 245 irm up 30 lbs, lat pul downs , and seated rows was working with 160 x 3x 8 up to 200 x 8x 3.. I am not good at logs so I will do my best... working out 6 days a week taking sundays off, cardio after workouts mon- fri... vascularity starting to really show. Went from eating 6 meals a day now to 7.. can feel I am retaining a little water. But strenght gains are unbelieveable. Day 1 and 2 on super dmz 3 had migraines, not too bad though , felt lethargy day 3 , havent had any sides since. Sex drive is actual better. I am also running ACS, had a little stomach pain here and there as long as I eat like a horse lethargy goes away and as long as I drink a lot of water, no stomach pain. My problem I can drink a gal of milk a day, I know it has sugar but I love it. First cheat meal will be today as im from New Orleans and its Crawfish boil time. Other than that very clean strict diet... been lifting for 6 months very hard. Age 35 5'9" was 174. This is my first ph run, been running test for awhile though... working out with flat bench dumbells 60 x8 x 4 each side was 40 x 8 x 4 each side , one thing for sure dont need any pre workouts on dmz I wake up at 3am amped ready to break concrete... hoping to hit 255 on bench before cyc is thru... this stuff is great.

Tomorrow Day 15 Back, abs and cardio sprint and walks.. gonna hit it hard. Will try to update having issues maybe its my tablet I cant post thru website had to install tapatalk.. from my spelling I hope you can tell im not a computer guru. I been keeping up with eb, heavy, s2h, prince etc... so any help or you guys see anything that needs improvement let me know..

Day 15 half way thru gained 10 lbs so far

Ok i can't type well, and having issues with trying to resize the pics , stand by.. Here goes my normal days

Im sure i could do a better log if I was good at computers but i'm not so here goes.

90% of my 7 day weeks look like this wise.

0615 am rise and conquer
0700 breAkfast big bowl of almond cereal and an orange with 16 oz of milk. omega, vitamins, ACT, DMZ 1
0730 work meeting 2 cups of coffee no sugar ( aka pre workout drink)
0840 am protein shake on ride, with 2 kre-aklyin, 4 nos
0845 strecthing at gym
0915 ish working out for about and 1hr 20 plus 20 minutes of cardio mixed in, while drinking BCCA's through out workout
1100 50 gram protein shake mixed with 52 grams of complex carbs and water
1105 2 kre-akylin
1200 5 oz chicken breast boneless, portion of carrots and brocolli
off to job one on the move
1500 another ACT tab, food either 6 oz of filet mignon or another chicken breast brocolli portion and carrots, every so often whole grain slice of bread added. with a 16 oz white milk
(I drank almond milk for awhile but lost the taste for it, miss my real milk.) OpinionS anyone???
Granted i am still drinking water out the ass thru out each day.
1700 50 gram protein shake 52 gram complex carbs almond butter and pecans mixed with milk and ice blended, 1 cap dmz
off to job 2
1800 one greek yogurt bar almond nut bar 10 gram protein, 190 calories, 11 sugar with 16 oz water
1900 a banana or a handful of dry roasted almonds with a water 16 oz
2130 home from work now for dinner tonight red beans rice with smoke sausage. I really dont eat cheat pig out meals but when wife cooks a good meal just hammer it down,
( Now most of the time i eat 3 scrambled eggs at 930 pm for dinner but in New Orleans on Mondays (well) its tradition red beans night.. with another ACT cap


this is atleast a Monday thru Friday schedule , 90-95% of the time and Saturday just remove work from the schedule diet food still in check, now when i say 2500 cal 300 carbs 200 mg proteins that rough estimates but close on everything the cals may be off i dont know..

Sunday is relax sleep until 0800 and wake and cook for the week ahead wash clothes etc, dedication..Family time

Now gonna try to do a log of today may not have time to finsih so gonna atleast post this. Peace


any thoughts ? i am a little stubborn but value opinions that work not bs
 
Day 14 pics test and DMZ 3.0

hopefully i figured this out on posting pics, do not have any before pics, but did measure arms day before 1st day of dmz trial biceps were left 14 3/4" right 14 1/4" thats because left tricep is a lot stronger for some reason.

weight up consistently 10 lbs so far , this morning said 13lbs up but staying at exactly 10 lbs. throughout passed 2 days , only 15 days in WOW, I know some of its water, but the strenght gains aint water.

Back, Traps and abs today with 20 minute cardio

now i may not have the names exactly correct on all these so bare with me, hopefully you get it

here goes

Pull ups wide grip 10x 2 , 7 x 1, was weak starting, well not weak just not pumped until i hit lat pulls next then it was on,

Wide grip lat front pull downs 100lbs x 20x 1, 220 x 8x 1 , 160 x 12 x 3, 200 x 8 x 1.... 220 had tough time doing FRM 80% of full ROM though ... so i really wont count this yet...

Bent over One hand low cable rows up to hip at a time 35x 20 x 1 , 50 x 12x1, 57x 10x1 ,50 x10x 1 , i usually super set this above but lighter on each, but this month trying to stay heavy

Close grip under hand lat pulldown 120x 15x 1, 220x 10x 1, 180x 10 x 1, 160x 10 x 1

Close grip t handle ( i think) seated rows, 120x 19x 1 , 200x 10x 1 , 160x 10x1 , 180x9x1

did another back/trap exercise i think it was hammer strenght low row , not sure doing this off memory, 60x12x1, 50x15x1, 50x12x1 ( i think)

Back extensions 170x30 x1 was not really failure i just stopped at 30 , usually im failure at 30 with 150 or 170 but i did a good bit of exercises today, some people say i overtrain but this is a short and sweet as i can get , anything less i feel like oi didnt accomplish much...it is what it is.. any advice here will take listen

ok then hit abs

dont know names of these , but flat on back legs on flat bench crunches 30x 1, 25x1 , 20 x 1,
I was basically supersetting with 40 second pauses between this and planks with feet toes up on flat bench arms on ground 75 second holdx 3 ... i superset between these.

Then cardio treadmill incline 10 , speed 3.5 fast 3.0 slow , climbing 10 minutes 1 minute switches between 3.0 and 3.5, then in last 10 minutes dropped incline to 8 and then 6 same pattern , i usually sprint at 8mph for 1 minute walk at 3.5 for 2 for 20 minutes 5 days a week but shin splints killing me so this is working me pretty good. until splints go away...

Weight currently 185.5, started 16 days ago at. 174.7 or 9 ..


Strength still climbing significantly..


Did not do obliques today..

Also gonna try to start drinking fat free milk instead of whole milk.. Gonna try...

anyway getting thumb wrapped giving me antibiotics for 10 days and bacttrim ) then gonna wrap thumb and hand well and hit gym and pump out arms
Doc says keep pressure off of it for a few days, yah right, and offered me a sling to keep it elevated.. I'm almost spit my coffee out..
Wrap it and let me train, lol,,

day 17 in only took 2 days off so far that's always goal , Sundays only.


Weight at doc 0830am 188.3. Still going up...for 174.9 17 sets ago...shoulders starting to pop out more..

Had minor back pumps yesterday, but I have had 3 spinal fusions in my life so I'm use to that.. No sides really just think because I hit a new bench max and I'm lifting so much heavy that's what did it... I do not think its the DMZ. So far this is a great product hands down..
if anyone thinks taking bactrim as an antibiotic with this will hurt let me know..

Day 18 Weight 188.3
Arms today
Triceps and bi-ceps significant increase and power super set back and forth and barely got tired .. On dips between two flat benches I usually do with a. 45 in my lap 20x3.
Today did these With a. 45 lb 25x 1 then with 70 lbs in lap. 25x2 that huge increase ... Long day so not gonna break down every exercise...


Legs tomorrow.... Day 18....

weight 186.2 did legs, and obliques, my legs aren't skinny they just weak from back surgeries and a foot reconstruction with plates... Doctors 7 years ago said I probably never walk again... Definetly not work or run.. Well I do it all... I Learned to never let someone tell you what you can't do . I can't and no don't exist in my vocabulary ..


Anyway when I do legs I do curls ,leg presses, squats and tow press just to keep the core strong I do not squat over 185...I keep it basic..


Anyway great workout

Day 18 weight 189.1.... Weight still going up, strength ridiculous.. No sides .... Today was shoulders and abs day..


Did military presses, x4, then superset 3 exercises with straight bar over head press standing , then close grip pull up to chin, then lateral move bar up and out and back to sides ,


Busy day no time for a detailed report on actual lbs sorry,


Then did three 75 yd walks with a 45 lb hanging in each hand with 2 min breaks in between..


Then did 4 sets of shrugs x. 15 with. 5 sec holds..


Then finished off with hammer strength shoulder presses of 3 sets to failure.


Then hit abs on decline 20x3 with a 40 lb bar pushing up to the ceiling crunches , superset with 20 crunches flat back on floor get on flat bench, then planks with arms on floor feet up on bench ..
Then only had 6 minutes to do cardio.hauled ass to work..

Tomorrow day 19 , of Super dmz 3.0 trained 17/19 days so far only taking off Sundays... Only one cheat meal so far. , diet still on point and training hard ..


Chest tomorrow and a few supp exercises ... Almost having to buy new shirts up 13 lbs, shirts getting real small, lol, awesome stuff, chest shoulders arms explosive in size...


With 2 jobs and kids typing this in notepad no time to spell check sorry guys...

Day 21 ... Thought the dmz was fully kicked in, but it's kicked in more up at 3am ready to work out amped up... Laying in bed waiting for daycare to open before I can hit gym.. Lol, this is a powerful compound .. Sex drive thru the roof.... No sides, get a back pump here and there but not enough for taurine they don't last but a few minutes...if anyone gets back pumps just stretch that works great..


Anyway weight today 187.6. Still up 12.6 pounds...


Did back , abs and 20 minutes of cardio.


Diet still on point ... Feel like I think about eating more than anything else...


Well gym was packed today with a lot of people sitting around blocking machines on there phones messed up my routine a little but that's cool..

Day 23

Super Dmz and test gel

This is powerful stuff little lethargy in the morning but that's cause I'm training hard, I do not need any pre workout on this stuff,,the dmz actually amps me up... No sides except good sides sex drive better then ever, still feel like superman, strength continues to go up.
In A few months for next cycle after blood work and PCT, think I will do it for 6 weeks.. It really kicked in hard Monday. My IRM was 215 prior to DMz 3.0 this stuff is the real deal, 23 days in I've hit 255 IRM bench going to hopefully hit 275 IRM bench on last day hopefully, but already up 40 lbs so far..
You have to eat right and drink a lot of water, and if your considering dmz make sure to run the IML ACS on cycle, don't buy cheap vitamin shoppe milk thistle , I'm taking 3 ACS ed of these a day...I've been waking up to eat , sometimes you gotta do that, casein isn't enough at bed time , I'm eating like horse.. Anyway

Awsome results man. I've been researching Super DMZ 2.0 and have heard great things. I'm planning on starting in 13 days and will be ordering soon. As of now heres what I've decided on

4 weeks On Cycle:
2 caps Super dmz 2.0 (1 in AM & 1 PM)
Taurine (for lower back pumps)
Fish oil
Advanced cycle support (2 cap)
Ultra male rx (1 cap)




4 weeks PCT:
Advanced cycle support (2 caps)
Nolvadex (20mg/4 weeks)
Ultra male rx (1 cap)
Anabolic matrix (1-2 caps)

Not planning on going with an E-blocker for On cycle but if I start developing gyno I will order some. One of my other big concerns is testicular atrophy, @fierce1 have you experienced any problems with either of these problems? I expect the boys to shrink a bit but I'm hoping not anything noticeable or attention drawing. Any input or suggestions from the moderators is always appreciated too!
