Order #38887 Frustrated at Orbitnutrition!!

I placed my order a week ago and I politely emailed Orbitnutrition twice to just request an update or tracking number from them but I get absolutely zero response....

It still says shipment not found and processing....

Seriously how hard is it to give a little feedback customer service??
First time customer and probably remain so ...

If you emailed friday night or over the weekend you wobt get a reply. We do not work weekends and won't reply.
