Currently running Halo at 3 (for 6weeks) and Cyano at 2 (for 4 weeks). I loved it the last time I ran it. Maybe next go around I will add in the osta, I will have to see how it works post cycle. This will be my first run with it.
I run 3 a day for 6 weeks, so I just buy 2 stacks so I can run the full 4 week pct. Cost up front, but then have some left over for the next cycle. Thats just what I do...
You are new to this forum for sure... I dont think I ever seen anyone ask a dumb question. The moderators and users of this forum answer the same questions over and over with out fail, but it was never like some of the other forums. These guys are always posative, and give answers with out...
I work out alone also, so I feel your pain. Personally when in a rut I completely change up my workouts, do some crossfit type stuff, it different and kinda keeps it fresh for me. As far as you tube videos...I like to watch gregg plitt....for some reason he just fires me the F up. Good luck...
I use nitro4 off cycle, not tue best N.O. I ever used, but definitely the best bag for the buck. I use lean fuel the first 4 weeks of pct, helps me with staying fired up in the gym. Not tried osta yet, but cant wait to use it at the end of next cycle.
Just finished the halo/cyano stack. I ran 3 halo for 6 weeks and 2 cyano for 4, added the econtrol since it came with it. Used the UM starting at beginning of week 3. Just finished pct, no issues to report. My question is when the osta comes out how do I add it in?
I took the econtrol....but everyone I talked to on the forum, and in the gym, tell me I am wasting my $$ doing that. Basically they say it is not needed. Guve it a few days and see if it persists. No one I know ever had this problem halo. Sorry I cant be of help.
So I dosed this stack at 3 halo and two cyano a day, my buddy asked me if you could go three and three. Any thoughts, ideas or experiences at this dose?
