For a 140lb guy 3000 cal should be plenty, or at least pretty close. While you're on cycle bump your protein intake to 200-250g per day and you will gain muscle. Make sure you drink more than a gallon of water per day on cycle too. PH's are pretty hard on our 40+ year old livers.

That is interesting, but there is nothing in a50 that could trigger a growth spurt. Anyway, in response to your original Q. A50 is nothing like halo..... It's probably similar to IML's deca drol, but it's difficult to tell due to bpi's "proprietary" ingredients list.
