I was reading the announcement made by adrenolin (First Cycle One) and it states to take halo extreme and epi andro 3 caps upon waking. Im just confused because when reading about the products on the product page everything says to take 1-2 split into doses. Obviously this is my first cycle so I apologize if this is a stupid question. Thanks!
