Finally I got some time off school and I am ready to take lifting more seriously again, so I wanted to post what I have in mind and wondered if I can get
Some feedback and advice on it.
24 years old
6'5"
174lbs
Bodyfat estimated around 15%
Muscle development is decent as I have been lifting on and off for years.
I did the halo stack from iron mag labs before and it was just amazing. ( thinking of doing another stack )
I think I am starting this time with stacking
Osta Rx
Ultra male Rx
Super HD from cellucor
Vitagro ( carbs )
And a zero fast and sugar protein
Plus multivitamins and essential fats
I store a lot of water and I store fat quickly.
I haven't been trainning for a while, so I thought I start with the above stack to dry out and get a bit lean and then trying to maintain that will trying to bulk.
Couple of gym buddies think that I should jump on a pro hormone stack!!?
Of course all of this will be with a moderate meal and a workout plan.
