I start my PCT tomorrow and was wondering how it should be done. Ultra male one cap in the morning then two ACS caps mid-day and before bed 20mg of nolva is what I was thinking just want to make sure thats a good layout
 
Ok and would i take the nolva with food? Should i just mix it into a bit of water?

You can take the nolva with food, if you're hungry. lol I'm high ;)

I find it mixes well in lemonade and strangely chocolate milk. lol
