when it arrives, diet will be somewhat like this:
4 cups rice
1lb chicken cooked in olive oil
.75lbs 85% ground beef
1/2 gallon 2% milk
2 hard boiled eggs

leaving 1-2 meals a day to eat whatever i want, likely a relatively carb heavy meal

weight: i really dont know, i will weigh when the package arrives, likely 185-190, down a couple pounds from the last month but quickly gaining it back.

prs: bench 275 x 1 or 225 x 7
squat: 315 x 3
deadlift: lol idfk last time i did 405 x 2 but that was 2 months ago at least



i will be running 300 test alongside it
 
just playing the waiting game atm
sitting at around 185 morning weight, will likely be around 190 when the DMZ gets here, aiming for 200 by the end of the blast

Wanting to do SDMZ 3.0 2 cycles from now but I've had a problem with overeating in the past. Can you control yourself or is it that unbearable? I'm currently 5'11" 167 8%. I imagine I'll need about 3500-4000 clean to make great gains. Anything over 4k I'll start spilling over for sure.

its not unbearable, but at the same time im not able to be satisfied. I can eat literally all day and still be mildly hungry, but i havent gotten to the point of unbearable hunger. (but i am also constantly eating)

YAY!!! Vascularity!!! Water intake might help a little with the hunger especially if ur a coffee addict like me :) maybe ur feeling dehydrated?
