Thanks for the info. I don't have the e- control, I only have the ultra male. Do you think the e-control is necessary? I have 60 capsules of the Ultra Male so think ill take 1capsule a day throughout the 4 week SDMZ cycle and then 1 per day the 4 proceeding weeks.
