    Has anyone tried the shoes that are suppose to help sculpt your legs, thighs and butt just by wearing them? They are made from Sketchers, but I have seen other brands too. Any real men that have personal experience.

    Fitness training is the solution for a number of problems. It is a solution for obesity, health problems, proper training techniques, body building and a number of other issues. For me swimming and some stretching workouts are best, they give me strenght and flexibility.

    Fitness is a long term process and there are no short cuts to it. Fitness needs disciplined that needs to be followed religiously and in the right way. You have to lead a disciplined life. Exercise is essential for health and fitness. It allows you to achieve your fitness goal more fast.

    I think it's still best to eat a balanced meal. But eating plenty of veggies will help you become fit. You can also have some meat but not too much(daily). It should be in moderation.

    How Many Meals Per Day?

    How many meals do you eat per day? I used to eat three meals, but we started cutting back. I started off a little hard to adapt, but because of my work schedule, it's become easier to operate on just two meals and a snack.
