I've always read that a SERM is not needed with HALO

Two pills a day one in the Am and one in the PM. Say I wake up at 5am, work out around 4pm. What are the best times to take my 2 DMZ dosings? I start my cycle tomorrow and as of now I'm looking at with break fast around 8:30am and with dinner at about 6:30pm.

I can't really answer your question but I'm planning to take Nitro4 either during or right after PCT so I don't feel "flat?"

Alright, so if I do a week cycle, and 4 week PCT, I plan to be on the Ultra MaleRX throughout the whole 10 weeks, should I keep taking after the 10 weeks, or should I cut off the Ultra MaleRX once the 4 week PCT is complete?

So just to reiterate, with the full stack of Halo Extreme, everyone agrees that a SERM will not be necessary? Or should I be taking Clomid and Novaldex during PCT just to be safe? And for the Halo dosage I was thinking about 2 pills the first week and 3 pills the next 3-5 weeks, is a 6 week...

Slight problem however. Well I'm in the Army, and we have to do about a hour of cardio stuff every morning like runs, sprints, insanity, crossfit, ruck marches. And I plan on lifting in the afternoon / early evening, would all that work in the morning be hurtful or beneficial?
