What doseage would you suggest on each ? It would be first time using either of those. I have also never pinned or had to mix it. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Sweet... those and the PCT stack. I will also be having blood work done every 2 weeks. Are there any other research chems I could add in to aid In my recomp.
I will be following Arnold's training from his Encyclopedia with my own little twist. I am going to be starting very light as I am coming back from several injuries and a 15 year battle with drugs and alcohol.
I appreciate it, I know I am in pretty sad shape but there is only one way but up. I had considered adding in some research chems but I couldn't find any one with the time to develop a protocol for me.
I am 39 years old, current weight is 240 lbs. Body fat % I am guess is 15% or higher.
