Use one or the other,a sarm only requires an AI for pct no matter how high of dosage,but running econtrol or ultra male in my experience on osta is very good for libido,osta has been known to show slight estrogen elevation,but depends on dosage too,but never hurts

there really isn't a real right answer for that,if you want fast gains do a triple compound stack of some sort with an andro thrown in,just don't do andros cause ya won't be happy,or if you want steady slow gains with less shutdown ,post cycle an support do osta rx
