5' 11" 230lbs
Been lifting since my high school days, did it for football back then. Now I just want to get strong, stay healthy and be as fit as possible... all while being able to enjoy a few endulgences throughout life.
Have always thought about competing, but really don't have any background or place to start from at this point. I'm currently on Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program, been doing it for the majority of the year and its been amazing! Put on some serious size and strength all while staying fairly lean for my average.
