I am taking e control and clomid on methadrol stack that's what was recommend on the sticky post for methadrol cycle.

My bottle is labeled Clomiphene 50mg per ml x 30ml

My next question can I take Erediacate instead of clomid?

Yes I take 2 pills of advance cycle support each day and I also added 3 pills of milk tistle spread evenly throught day. Anabolic matrix 2 pills a day. Ultra male 1 pill a day.

I didn't drink much water yesterday.

This is the beginning of my second week on cycle. Today I started to feel a bit dizzy and light headed. I'm ok now. I just layed down and rested. I still have a bit of a headache. What can I take for headache?

Pt I'm confused. So a full cycle of super dmz would be 8 weeks.4 weeks of super dmz and 4 weeks of pct and then you take another 4 weeks off. If using osta as a bridge how will it help? How does osta shorten the waiting period before starting another cycle?
