So im cycling Methylstenbolone and im doing 4 pills a day (2-4recommended) which is 16mg total. But Im curious what would be the best time or times to take them. Currently ive been taking all 4 at about 6am and i workout at around 7pm and go to sleep around 10-11pm. Ive heard of "half life" but...
