A quick feedback here. I tried to take Ultra Male in the morning, but it was still the same. However, after extending period from 24 hours to 36 hours, everything goes very well now. Guess my body reacts too well for normal dose lol (I wonder if it's because of the race... I am Asian.)

Thanks guys. I didn't know I can take it prior to bed since many T-Booster are taken before workout. I usually have a protein shake before I go to bed. Is it ok to take Ultra Male with milk? Thanks.
