Ha. Ok I'd say every hour isn't an exaggeration. So honestly, if you're peeing every 30 minutes, do you think that it's necessary to drink that much? It's just your body trying to get rid of it all right?

I'm doing standing calf raises with squat bar. By "on your shoulders" i mean that I just basically walk into my squat rack and hold the bar like I normally would for squats. I feel like if i stand on a board or something so that I can drop down further I become unstable.

I started drinking a big glass with breakfast, then nursing a big bottle until mid morning. I just find that I'm in the bathroom way to much for me to think it's helpful.
I finished a 6 week cycle of Cyanostane.
Now I'm on my PCT that includes Clomid, ultra male, and Advanced cycle support.
So if I run that for 30 days, that puts me about about 10 weeks of swallowing pills.
Do I then need to take 10 weeks off before I start a second cycle? Or is it kind of...
I tried Taurine, and it helped a little. It wasn't until the end of my first cycle that I found out I wasn't taking nearly enough. I don't know if more would have helped or not. I'll see for next time.
I started clomid a few days ago straight out of the dropper. The first thought that came to mind was gasoline. But then I remembered getting a mouth full of gas trying to unclog a fuel line. I'd prefer the gas.
Today is the end of my first ever cycle, and it was with cyanostane. I wonder if I should buy a couple more bottles, or try something else for my next one. I'd hate to miss out on the product and have it turn out to be great for me, but then again I'd hate to miss out on something I might like...
