So completed 2 weeks, starting week 3. Strength feels better good, upper body is starting to fill out! They say your last two weeks is where you can really tell. Pic coming later, take care guys
Did shoulders tonight, felt pretty good, had good strength. Shoulders got tight and sore by the end of my workout. Still pretty early to tell, but the pump was nice! Can't wait to see what's next
Eating nothing but lean meats, greens, rice/pasta, and drinking a gallon of water everyday. Hitting the gym tonight after class and work, looking to kill shoulders. Ill post a post workout summary later. Take care guys!
