Too_small

I've always enjoyed working out but I haven't gotten serious about it until recently. My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and passed away after a courageous fight 18 months later. I fell into a depressed state drinking and eating what ever until I was looking through pictures and realized I was now the fattest I've ever been. I was 250lbs of sloppy weight. I made a change and am continuing that change I'm down to 210lbs but still struggle a little with falling in and out of heavy drinking. I'm hoping to find friends on here and get advice on how to continue my success in the gym but also in the kitchen. Thanks guys/girls.

Lifting, soccer, camping, hiking,golf, spending time with family and friends (includes my dogs lol)
