    PCT: Day 2 Today was an off day. No adjustments to diet were made. I took my PCT supplements as I had originally planned. Not much else to report.

    PCT: Day 1 I am following the PCT protocol as outlined at the beginning of the log. Today was a training day. I still made very good gains, so I suppose that the Halo Extreme is still in my system. We will see what happens as the week progresses. No adjustments to diet were made.

    Day 40: Today was the last day of the cycle. Tomorrow are the "official" weigh-ins for the end of the cycle. Today was an off day, so not much to report. The only diet adjustment was that I added 5 grams of peanut butter to my post-lunch snack of pita bread and peanut butter.

    Day 39: Home scale: 192.0 Gym Scale: 192.7 Today was a cardio, abs, and shoulder stability day. I added 1/2 whole wheat pita and 10 grams of peanut butter to my cardio day diet plan today. Tomorrow (an off day) is the last day of the cycle. So far, I am more than pleased with the results.

    Day 38: Today was a training day (leg day #2), and it went well. I added 5 grams of peanut butter to my training day diet today. PCT starts on Sunday, so only a few more days left. I'll have to remember to weigh myself tomorrow to see where I am.

    I know that keeping the same intensity that I had on cycle during PCT is critical for maintaining gains. I've been gradually adding my calories and tracking my diet, as well as logging my workouts, so I know where I am going as the cycle ends. I'll definitely be fighting to maintain what I built.
