    I don't take mine to lunch time because I take an Animal Pak first thing in the morning with my protein shake and Super DMZ and it seems to work just fine for me.

    Ya you will be fine its just whey protein with GNCs stupid name on it which jakes the price through the roof. Yes, you can con-cret with these products too just make sure you are getting enough water in during the day. With my cycle I am getting in 1.5 to 2 gallons a day.

    Gotcha. Every pct I seen ran with nolva either was 20/20/20/10 or 10/20/20/20. I think that what you say is a good option since actual nolva is hard to get a hold of.
