No SERM?? I always run Clomid + Ultra Male 1 cap daily + 3g DAA and I actually get bigger and stronger 3-4 weeks into my PCT. Also, I wouldn't start E-Control until around week 3. Ultra Male has an AI built into it.

More than 1 pill per day actually has negative side effects, from what I've heard in this forum. What I always do is 1 pill per day and run it out to 8 weeks.

Just curious, how much 4-andro do you take? I heard 4 caps a day was the sweet spot. That's what I've always dosed it at. Is it more effective higher than that?

Epi-Andro and 4-Andro is amazing. You're going to feel like Superman 24/7. I also threw in some Osta for good measure:) I actually prefer this to other stronger stuff I've taken because I can train so much harder and I don't get lethargic. Also, recovery time is practically non-existent.

Exactly. I don't worry about carbs. It's calories in --> calories out. I'm also not afraid of doing cardio. So much better than doing a miserable diet.

I took the andro mass stack a while back and ran 1-andro at 4 caps a day to match 4-caps of 4-andro. I absolutely loved it. The gains were noticeable and I actually kept getting bigger and stronger well into my PCT. Do you recommend running it instead of 4-andro or with it like I did?

Why don't you just run 4 caps of 4Andro with the SuperDMZ3.0 and save the epi-andro for another time, if shutdown/ lethargy/ libido loss is what you are concerned about?

I currently take BPI's Pump HD with 60mg of DMAA powder mixed in. lol. Insane focus and outrageous pumps. I also like a big glass of milk and sometimes a big glass of OJ before I go, depending on how sluggish I feel prior.
