    Howarth, from experience cutting out squats (when I had a back issue) and doing leg press, extensions and leg curls saw a definite change in mass. But if you hate them and they're uncomfortable then by all means, don't. Have you done hack squats, lunges?

    Based on that pic and your bf% I think you could slow bulk if you keep weight gaining .5 lbs weekly. IMO that has kept my fat gains minimized while bulking. You have some mass to continue your cut as well but I'm always for getting more mass all the time. Plus your name is getbig [emoji12]...
