Sometimes I take acne spot treatment with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide in it and rub it all over my face, back and chest an hour before I get into the shower at night. I then use an acne soap with salicylic acid in it when in the shower to wash my face, back and chest.

This should be a good cycle. Be sure to drink plenty of water. What really helped me was filling a gallon jug every morning and then making sure to drink the whole thing before going to bed that night. Drinking more than a gallon of water a day while on cycle is good too.

The bottle says it's 50mg of "1-Androstenediol 3b-ol, 17-one" per cap, so when you say 4 caps daily do you mean 200mg daily? The reason I'm asking this is because I read somewhere that IML's 1-Andro used to contain 100mg a cap.
