well first post i just received my osta,i have never taken or heard of this stuff before.. i only have 1 bottle right now so i was going to do 2 a day for 2 weeks then 3 a day for 2 weeks then back to 2 a day for 1 week,,will this be good or please suggest a better plan....btw in 30 days i will...
