the methyldrol will be a better mass gainer but from everything i have read the sdmz 2.0 will not be a slouch either. depends on which tpe of gains you want. from what i have been told the methyldrol will be a more wet gain (though not that wet) and the sdmz will be much drier.

i think the problem is that methylsten seems to have a superdrol impurity in it. the other manufacture that was selling it was still trying to purify the last batch fully because if this. if im wrong someone can correct me.

my bottles i got are good till mid 2015, should i vaccum seal them in foodsaver bags? will that help extend the time they are good for or keep them fresher? ive read some say yes some say no, some say to store them in the freezer and just in a cabinet etc? what is the best way to extend the time...
