For my bulking cycle I take in about 2lbs of meat and 2.5lbs of spinich and fruit along with shakes that consist of milk, peanut butter (crunchy since it has less fat content), fruit, and protein powder.
I'm one of those guys who likes to bulk in winter (when going out to run isn't a good choice where I live) and cut in summer, would Super Dmz or Methadrol be best for my bulking phase and what cycles have you all had the best gains on?
