Day 15 and 16 were days off. I moved. Moving probably wasn't the best thing for my back and shoulder. I didn't track macros.... but can tell you meals weren't the cleanest that they could have been.
Day 17 (today) - Arms. Legs, then shoulders were next in rotation, but as stated above...

Felt great today. Pump came right after one set of pullovers. Strenght is up slightly. Recovery and energy is sky high. Seems like Im getting out of the gym 15 minutes sooner than usual, but also seems like I could work out forever.

You said you've been making great gains without "any use". Im assuming that's no use of hormones. If so, I think one hormone would be great for you. What's your goal for this cycle? And as above poster suggested, Id run a SERM for post cycle.

Had a really good pump all day and was really ready to hit chest. But I must have done something and started to get a sharp pain in my shoulder at around lunch time. Rather than F' myself up, I figured Id take a much needed day off.

Haven't really been much to report to this point. But today was different. Like someone flipped on a light switch. Woke up and just felt Alpha. Pump was great, vascularity had increased. Music while driving to work just seemed better. I knew something...
Day 9 - Shoulders

still not a whole lot to report. Slow "kick ins" aren't unusual for me. Seems compounds take longer to kick in for me than the normal person. This is one reason why my planned dosing is 2 pills for 2 weeks, then 1 for 4 more weeks.

So you ran it for 2 weeks (50mg and 75mg) then now have been off of it for 2 weeks? I don't see a problem starting cycle back over. Id probably bump the first week to 75.
