I've run two cycles of halo without a single issue. You'll be fine. The 4-AD will help with lethargy though, which does poke its head out on occasion.

Also, forgot to mention I have been training for 3 years now. I started my first halo cycle at 180lbs 15%bf. After my 2nd I was about 195@ 11%. If selected I will follow a 5/3/1 program done twice a week with an alternating upper/lower circuit done 3x per week. Looking to get shredded!

I was plagued by intense lethargy on my halo/epi andro cycle. Knowing that oral DHEA converts part way to estrogen I started taking just 50mg a day. Wow, already it's completely gone. I feel energized once again!

Basically I work manual labor, my ring finger on my right hand has been in on and off pain when stressed for the past 3 months or so. I cant deadlift heavy because of it. I take joint supplements. Is there anything else I can do?

Im currently 190lbs 11%bodyfat 6' 01". Im running halo @75mg for 6 weeks and 1 andro @ 200mg for 6 weeks. Im placing an order for clomid and have ultra male, e control, and DAA for PCT. Would it be "safe" (good idea) to add Epi-Andro in. Im looking to cut down to 7-8% bf and add lean mass. Thanks!

Yeah, I've decided to run 2 caps of halo 3 caps of andro and see how that treats me. If Im not satisfied halfway through week 2 I'll bump it up to 75mg and 200mg. And yeah I'll save the osta for PCT. I did more research on it

Well, Day 4 of PCT and last night was amazing. I managed to go two rounds with the girlfriend. The fatigued feeling I had on Day 1 is slowly receding. I actually think that Battle Fuel xt and ultra male is doing their jobs. I'm most likely going to start osta rx around week 2 of PCT.
