Thanks Chrisotpherm I will be hitting the original super dmz in july at 2 caps a day for hopefully a six week run as I feel I get more out of a six week run as opposed to a 4 week run.I am currently sitting at about 222 at 6ft 2 and around 12% bodyfat and will let you guys know how it goes.
