    I feel both ways are good. Doing something is always more beneficial than doing nothing. I have done both and in my experience full body is great for all around being in shape but I like working individual muscles when I really want to grow. Full body is hard to really focus on certain muscles...

    I'm a week into an m-sten/halo/max lmg cycle. No issues besides back pumps. They hurt a little but I kinda like it. I'm a no pain no gain kinda guy. Next month the epistaine gets added in :)

    I use liquid vitamin b12. Keeps me on point. Make sure u are taking some kind of cycle support. Could be due to high blood pressure. Celery seed is good for keeping blood pressure in check.

    It seems like I get a headache everytime I start a cycle but it usually stops after a few days. I'm thinking headaches are the norm, for me at least

    IMO, I would definitely say 3 gal a day is overkill. 1.5 is good with 2 being a max. Too much water can deplete your vitamins and minerals. Water saturation is not good.

    I wouldn't sweat it too much. 3weeks prob isn't going to damage anything. Your hormones are running strong at your age, that's why its not recommended. You did the right thing. Just keep working out and challenge yourself everyday. Do your proper pct and you'll be fine dude.
