Been super busy the last few days sorry about that. But on the past three days, 25, 26, 27, I have gained another 2 pounds and set PRs on Chest and Legs. This stuff has made me grow a ton while not adding alot to my waistline. It has been a perfect pre-summer cycle so far.
Today was Day 24 and I hit back today and felt my lats burning. Back pumps were crazy but I worked through it. Up 12 pounds still hoping this last week puts on a couple more.

Day 20, 21: Shoulders were bigger than I've ever seen them with a pump. Then today, I ripped Bi/Tri for almost 2 hours with some cardio and it is the biggest I have ever seen them as well. Up 12 pounds almost into the last week of this stuff.
Day 19: Got a good off day in even though I went to the gym for a nice run. Shoulders tomorrow and will be hitting them hard. High sets and high reps to see how good this stuff is now that its fully kicked in.
Day 18: Vascularity is way up. Although this stuff may be made for mass gains, I think my eating and workouts are allowing me to get some lean gains from it. Went for high reps on chest today and boy was I dead. Got a little less than 2 weeks left and might bump up the dosage the last 4 days...
This stuff has been great so far. Felt so good going ATG for the first time in a while after a slight knee injury and I feel strengthened when doing them on this stuff. Really like the size and strength.
Had a good off day yesterday, much needed. Going for legs today. Up 11 pounds. Side are quite low although my libido is down and back pumps get pretty intense.
Had an off day on the 5th, Bi/Tris yesterday which saw me curling 40s easily when I usually stick with 35 to keep my form. Was feeling ill today so pushed my workout to tomorrow. Weight up 9 pounds overall currently.
Biggest day so far today! Pumped out back and luckily had few back pumps but had PRs in Lat Pulldown and Seated Rows. Looking pretty lean even with the weight gain. Really enjoying this stuff at this point. Sides are not serious at all and I'm hoping it stays that way.
Bi/Tri and 30 mins of cardio today. Vascularity was up alot. Weight up another 2 pounds. Going out tonight but obviously not drinking maybe one or two casuals. Probably going to have a good bulking meal tonight as well.
Did back and some light shoulders today. Was putting up 70s for 8 reps on seated shoulder press which is a pr as I usually only get 6 or so. Felt some large back pumps at times but nothing unbearable. Dymethazine usually gives me alot of back pumps so I'll be using my taurine when needed.
Hitting chest today. Feeling slightly fuller for most of the day and I noticed that I felt pumped even though I didn't take a preworkout during my last workout. Things are good so far.
