thanks! I used the regular dose of 3 capsules a day. The reason I asked about the e-control is because I already picked up a bottle after browsing the forums and the website in general but I was just wondering if that was the right thing to use. If not ill return it and get the ultra male instead.

This may be a stupid question but bear with me. I have taken osta by itself for two months now and am going to cycle it off. Would taking a supplement like e-control rx be necessary to boost testosterone levels back up because I heard osta is suppressive?
