Solid advice Roadster. If he were to take osta at 3 caps per day for say 8 weeks would you recommend a more in depth PCT. Just curious as to when you feel osta starts to become suppressive.

That looks like a pretty sweet stack. The 90 mg of trenabol is def the way to go. Expensive but you gotta do it. 4 andro is perfect with Tren as it will help with lethargy and shutdown, two of the biggest sides associated with Tren. I love the osta but I do feel it can be suppressive over time...

Leg extensions IMO are best used as a prexhaust / warmup or as a finishing exercise at the end of your leg workout. High reps, with good tempo and obviously never lock you legs out. No need to train too heavy with this movement. Time under tension is more beneficial. Feel better bro.
