so say I started pct ran it for a week, added osta the next 3 weeks, cut pct after 4th week, and then keep osta for another 3 is that correct? Sorry just want to be sure. Or were you saying extend the pct longer than 4 weeks as well?

Was bored at work and just researching various things and I know the issue of Osta and bridging was covered on here, but what about during PCT at a low dosage? Anyone tried it and gotten blood work done to see if they still rebounded okay? The thought is that is keeps you from going catabolic...

Totally my exact thoughts in watching. Think there was some definite bias from the judges and favor given just based on who she was. It seemed pretty apparent to me who was in better shape by bodybuilidng standards!

i totally agree with the point that she just overall looks better and still has at least somewhat of a woman-ish look to some of her haha

am I the only one that thought Alina looked way better than Iris and totally should have won? I feel like Iris was given it solely based on her name and merit. Alina's legs were in a whole different league, like iris didn't even compare and yes, Iris' upper body was better, but by a way slimmer...
