That's really up to you. You could bridge with a SARM like Osta (however it is still mildy suppressive), but I would just keep your diet in check and keep your training intensity up until your next cycle. You could always use creatine to help with gains if not taking already and a preworkout...
You'll want to atleast take however long you were on cycle + PCT time off. So if you were on DMZ 4 weeks then 4 week PCT, take 8 weeks off. You should be getting blood work done though to truly tell if your levels are back to where they need to be before beginning.
okay cool think i ink I may actually end up pinning pre/post instead of upon waking and post. One last question I see most people go subq injection. I don't have a whole lot of fat so was wondering if maybe IM may be better or if I should stick to subq. I hate thinking that subq may give me...
Awesome man that's what I was planning on going with. There are literally a MILLION opinions on when to dose. Some say pre workout, some say 30 min post once your natural mgf levels have peaked, some day 8 hours after workout (for me would be waking up... I was planning on running it at 40-50...
Just realized I posted this in the Q & A section instead of his actual sticky... feel free to delete this mods if you want ... i reposted in his sticky
Hey Mike,
I will be around 12-11 weeks out from a men's physique contest, depending on how soon I can get the supplies. I tried doing a bunch of research on what the best peptides (not interested in running any actual gear, so dont need advice on that) to use pre contest would be and there...

Got the bod pod and skin calipers done this monring at my local College's Exercise Physiology Dept ... weight is 162 and bod pod BF was 6%, calipers was around 4% (+/- 3% variation the guy said on that) ... so looks like now that PCT is basically over with I gained around 5-6 pounds of solid...
End of week 3 of pct - dropped quite a few pounds and really leaned out but haven't lost any strength from the cycle. Lovin every minute of it. Here's an updated pic and I'm getting my bf% tested Wednesday I the bod pod. May also get skin caliper done as I had a pro competitor tell me I may be...
Too late to edit but i guess it would make more sense to just eat the 400 over on training days and stay at maintenance on rest ... so replace that in my question haha ... probably not necessary to add the extra calories even more on top for training days.
Question that kinda goes along with this... Let's build a scenario to make this easier ... person whose maintenance cals is 2500 and is doing a lean bulk, so going to run at 400 cals over maintenance (2900). That would make total cals for the week 20,300. My question is if one were to train 4...
Thanks for the responses guys. Kinda along the lines as what I was thinking. I think I would basically just take how I've been running the IF and break it all down into multiple meals throughout the day then. I like the idea of how it has higher cals on training days and lower on rest, it makes...
So just wanted to get some discussion started. I've recently started the leangains IF style diet and am loving it. It been something different and I'm enjoying the big meals as well as maintaining strength while cutting fat.
My my question I had is if anyone has had any success running it...
Day 13 of PCT - weight right at 170 exactly this morning. Think I have the diet pretty much zoned in on maintenance now. Great shoulder workout last night. My bf% is definitely lower than it was pre cycle at this point as I'm starting to see new veins all over up in my caps and traps when I...
