I actually grabbed a bottle of Ultra Male to start along with my SERM, figured couldn't hurt and seemed to have some advantages (I'm all for keeping the gains). Plan to run my E-control last 2 weeks of PCT then 2 weeks after as well to help with rebound. Also, call me a child but its hard not...

The way you have it is correct. You would not run the e control during the PCT with the nolva (unless you started to show signs of gyno then you could use it to combat that, but with nolva you should be good). Ultra male is not necessary, but you could add it to the e control if you wanted for...

Day 10: back/bi/abs ... May be starting to feel some increased strength nothin major, definitely am not feeling as tired during the workout so recovery is enhanced.
Day 8 and 9 - Legs yesterday and Chest/Tri/Calves today - nothin new to report as of yesterday - no sides - nothin out of the ordinary feeling in workout, was abole to knockout some good weight tho and felt a little less worn down than I normally do on a legs day ... typically its very taxing...
youll more than likely want to run the osta and andro together. I know most will suggest at least 4 caps of andro as well. Lots will prolly even suggest if you're gunna do 4 andro, may as well do epi andro instead. Also know EB loves his osta and 1 andro ... I'll let him or someone else that's...
