    i am about to start taking osta rx and was thinking about taking creatine monohydrate or maybe IML's nitro 4 with it..which one would be better to take with it and why?? or should i even take either?? im 22 years old '5'8' 130 pounds. any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

    I am about 2 start a cycle of osta rx and was wondering if i needed 2 take anything with it?? like liver support or anything like that?
