Think I'm just gonna do leg presses, extensions, and leg curls. I hate squats!!! I never feel right doing em, just a totally uncomfortable exercise for me. Any of you guys in the same boat?

Yeah. I honestly have no idea how much I eat without tracking. I have a huge appetite too! I also like with tracking I am controlling all the variables, so if I feel like I'm getting a little too fluffy I can make the necessary changes. Right now it's all just guess work and eating whenever...

Some of the size loss might be from intramuscular water. Also if you are past your genetic muscle limit when running on cycle your body may want to bring itself back down to its limit. This is why many pro's have to be constantly on something to retain their huge physiques.

I'm thinking I want to lean out a little bit before summer! If I do a pretty low carb diet (probably even keto) should I be doing a weekly re-feed? I really don't want to lose any muscle. Is that okay, or would I want to be low carb for 2 weeks to get into keto before adding carbs...
