Thursday: felt good. diet was on point and no sides to report. good intensity in the gym. still bummed out about my shoulder. getting a little bored with just weighted push-ups for chest. gonna get it checked out by a doctor soon.

I will definitely log it and I appreciate all your help. I definitely want to keep the lean mass I gained but I also want prevent fat gain. so I will keep my fat intake and protein fairly high and calories a little below maintenance to hopefully lean a little bit out while keeping the muscle...
I agree =) I wish I could just eat like a horse and bodyfat just dissapears haha. I have a friend like that. he eats and eats and eats but doesn't gain an ounce of fat and I'm over here looking at a doughnut or pizza and getting fat without touching it :confused:

I think I know what I will do in that case ;) will probably take 2 weeks off of everything after pct and then start the 12 week osta at 4 caps ed. I love Osta and am excited to still make more progress and lean out more even off cycle =)

thanks a lot for the advice heavy. I usually have around 70g of fat from whole milk, eggs and lean beef.
I will definitely keep that the same or even increase a bit during pct.
I agree it's definitely a lot of water retention. hoever i still ate way too much but it felt awesome while it lasted haha =)
I saw Adrenolin recommend the following in another thread and I was wondering if I could do the same directly after my PCT?:

that is very true. I loved the feeling after the workout. I felt very energized and ready for the day.
I might switch it up every once in a while and throw in some early morning workouts =)
