    That's what I'm doing: slow bulk. But I'm just aiming for .5 lbs weekly. Don't want to going up too fast, too short to gain fast else I gain too much fat. Starting SDMZ/4andro cycle in 10 days! Liver enzymes were slightly elevated so I'm waiting. 1.5g TUDCA daily brought them down fast...

    Yes .5 week is tough to monitor etc but I just do a weight check every 2-3 weeks then adjust from there, not easy. I think you should go for it, experience would be great and the time is now when you're young [emoji14]

    Now when and if you bulk, go very sloooowwwww to minimize fat gains. I find .5 lbs weekly for me to be the sweet spot for that.

    The PhD dudes on bb.com use .45g/lbs in their replies so that's what I use as minimums but of course you can go higher provided your staying within your target daily kcals.

    I've done it both ways: reverse and jumped right into it, didn't notice too much difference in the long run but nowadays I do reverse diet to chill out the GI symptoms of bloat, water weight etc. Think your macros are fine either way as long as protein/fat minimums are met.

    I usually stay around that but it always comes out to be higher cause I like protein. The research shows lower however it said that those on unusually high anabolics might need more than the researched .82g/lbs. It's not going to hurt to go higher than 1g/lbs to err on the safe side. Again...

    Oh that's true. Thanks. I was gonna ask what you thought unusually high meant. I assume the average ph user of 4 weeks wouldn't benefit from the higher protein (I certainly don't increase it way high and I got results) and the researched amount would be sufficient for MPS however, again...

    Dunno if that would apply to myself as I don't take unusually high anabolics and don't exceed 4weeks at a time but if peeps are doing unusually high anabolics then they would benefit according to this. Still I don't know even non enhanced lifters who eat that low in protein, most exceed the 1g/lbs.
