They use the term bodybuilder but don't specifically mention steroids.

Research shows .82g/lbs as the minimums for mps (some research had this as low as .6g/lbs) however during cutting/deficit I always get at least 1g/lbs or little more.
Depends on how long you have been cutting. Usually more beneficial when bf% has gotten lower and/or you are well into the cut awhile.
Besides the metabolism adaption to cutting, there's also a benefit from getting leptin levels to rise; they lower when eating in caloric deficits.
Ok great, in addition you could add in weighted:
Rope crunch (upper/lower abs)
Lying bench leg raises (lower)
Woodchoppers (obliques)
These really changed my abs, I was doing the sit ups before.

Compare those to the ones written by the regular members in the forum and see what you like.
The workouts may be kinda similar but what I was getting at mostly is the Nutrition marketing part is a lot based on broscience not researched science.
