On your macros, if you feel you need more CHO/fat you could lower your protein a bit from 210g and up CHO/fats and remain @2100 kcals.

Not to make it any better because pain is pain but this could have been prostate related.
Prostatitis can cause testicular pain.
Either way apparently you and those ph's aren't a good mix.
That is overkill.
Research shows even as low as .6g - .8g/lbs is sufficient.
