Hopping on the ol' Cutting Train

Have to give you props to post in the misc there. They can be brutal at times with replies. You lift but most of those miscers do not. [emoji41]

Hopping on the ol' Cutting Train

I'd ditch those fat burners and stick with eating less. IMO they are a waste of money. Creatine monohydrate can be bloating in some peeps. What has the effect been for you with it in the past? The mods are better to answer regarding the UM. Good luck with cut. Post pix. :p

current Test Levels..what you guys think?

I take Clomid even after PCT is over to keep my levels up. For me all it takes is 5 days/100mg/month.

current Test Levels..what you guys think?

I really didn't have typical low T symptoms except putting on LBM was way slower it seemed. So I can't say I felt better directly from Clomid but I did feel way better about my gym progress by keeping my T 700+.

current Test Levels..what you guys think?

My M.D.prescribed Clomid for my low T which worked well in case you want to go that way to treat it but there's other ways of course.

Then by eve it's better? If so, that's the way my forearms are now but stretching and hot/cold water helps. Hope it gets well, I need mine well as new cycle began today [emoji48]

    Clomiphene question

Agree, I would think heat would be way more destructive of products than cold. I keep my Clomid in the fridge.

8 week AMS cycle - want to add SDMZ for last 4 weeks

SDMZ 3.0 is really enough/strong on it's on IMO. Finished my cycle two months ago and starting new one Saturday but not using SDMZ this time. I don't think I could handle it back to back, I'd need an extended break from it, it's very strong but it was the best PH I've done in terms of strength...

    Howarth's Second Cycle! Msten & 4-Andro

Always listen to Dad[emoji41] From your recent pix you have gotten more lean mass on you, your bf% ain't ridiculously high so bulk away Howarth, just keep your surplus small to keep fat gains minimized.

Super DMZ 3.0 log by jwheypro

I did and will too. The one thing you don't want is to stop a cycle because of health issues (wouldnt that just suck) so protection is the best route to go to avoid that.

Are you not taking iml ACS? It has milk thistle in it + more. On my SDMZ recent cycle I didn't get limpish till the last week. First weeks wife said to take more cause I "performed" better lol. :D

    PH Concerns

    Yes, bulking season!
  20. LatRaze

    PH Concerns

No not necessarily. Use a moderate surplus of 10%-20% above TDEE and find the calories that has you gaining .5 - 1 lbs weekly to minimize fat gains. The higher the surplus, the higher fat you'll gain so if you want to bulk real slow, stick with the lower end of the caloric surplus.
