    PZT, great to see wide grip uprights in there, cool someone else does those. I really saw an increase in my medial delts with those. Love doing those supersetted with OHP. You rock :D

    Welcome. It was my sixth cycle. Next one is November 8 and either SDMZ again or just Msten + 4-andro. With the cutting I never cut that close after a cycle, I'm still bulking right into my next cycle then I'll cut. But what I'm going to do is gradually reduce calories and not be too aggressive...

    EB, are there any advantages/disadvantages do you know of doing curls with BBs vs. cable? Curious since I like those best but bbs are ingrained in me [emoji12]

    I take lots "C" to ward off colds and keep cortisol levels down. I read some research on it but don't have the link here.
